The unit shall be a chilled water cooling/hot water heating or combined chilled water cooling and hot water heating unit ventilator. steam heating shall also be available. The unit shall be floor-mounted and vertically configured to allow supply air to be ducted or supplied through a supply air box.
All access and maintenance shall be through the front of the unit. The unit shall be constructed in accordance with ETL and CSA standards, and a label shall be affixed to the unit listing the product code under which it is registered. The unit shall be a product of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard and be fully assembled and tested prior to shipment.
