Single binary valve with heat/cool changeover sensor. Controller opens or closes the valve based on room demand; water-side HCCO sensor prevents valve actuation against wrong-mode supply.
0-10VDC modulating single valve with HCCO. Valve position tracks proportionally to room demand. HCCO sensor prevents opening against wrong-temperature supply water.
Separate binary cooling and binary heating valves. Controller selects cooling or heating based on room demand with a dead-band between modes. No changeover sensor required.
Modulating 0-10VDC cooling valve for precise capacity control; binary 24VAC heating valve for on/off heat. Optimal for systems with variable chilled water but constant hot water.
Independent 0-10VDC modulating valves for both cooling and heating. Maximum comfort precision — each valve position responds proportionally to its respective demand.

On demand for heat, the controller energizes any output configured for heating. Supports 0-10VDC modulating, 2-10VDC, 24VAC binary, or tri-state outputs. Up to 2 stages of binary heat configurable via Setup software.
Pressure-dependent damper sequence with linear gate bypass and heat/cool changeover. Tri-state or 0-10VDC actuator positions the damper. HCCO sensor governs heating/cooling selection from duct supply.
Pressure-dependent VAV damper control with HCCO. Damper position modulates from minimum to maximum based on zone demand. Changeover from duct supply temperature sensor determines mode.
True pressure-independent control using the Disio Airflow Module (0.25–4 VDC differential pressure signal) to maintain precise CFM setpoints. If Airflow Module is not detected, controller automatically falls back to pressure-dependent control. Optional 24VAC binary reheat and/or 0-10VDC modulating reheat. SAT sensor required for HCCO.
DX-150 requires the Disio Airflow Module for true pressure-independent control. Without it, the controller automatically reverts to position-based (pressure-dependent) operation.
0.25–4 VDC · 0–2″ W.C.Binary valve for radiant/chilled beam 2-pipe system. HCCO supply temperature sensor prevents valve opening against wrong-mode water. Optional condensate sensor closes valve on detection. Auto-purge: valve opens for 5 min after 10 hrs closed to check water temperature.
0-10VDC modulating single valve for 2-pipe chilled beams. Valve position tracks proportionally to demand — cooling or heating depending on HCCO sensor reading. Condensate sensor closes valve; auto-purge checks supply temp after 10-hr closure.
Separate binary cooling and heating valves for 4-pipe chilled beams. Controller energizes the appropriate valve per demand with a dead-band preventing simultaneous operation. Condensate protection included.
Premium 4-pipe chilled beam with independent 0-10VDC cooling and heating valve modulation. Highest level of comfort control for radiant systems. Dead-band prevents simultaneous heating and cooling. Condensate sensor protection.
Controls the PRODIGY® Smart Diffuser system. One DISIO Display acts as master controller for up to 5 drone diffusers connected via RJ-50 daisy-chain. Each drone adjusts airflow independently based on zone demand. Ideal for open-plan and multi-zone VAV ceiling applications.
The PRODIGY® Smart Diffuser with DX-600 enables individual airflow control at each diffuser — eliminating traditional VAV boxes while maintaining BACnet integration and zone-by-zone comfort management.
DISIO configured for typical exhaust fan panel control. Outputs manage fan stages, occupancy-based switching, and status reporting over BACnet MS/TP.
DISIO operates as a remote sensor node — reporting temperature, CO₂, and/or RH over BACnet MS/TP to a host BMS without local control outputs.
Emergency exhaust fan sequencing for fire station or life-safety applications. Outputs respond to fire alarm inputs and BACnet commands with defined fail-safe behavior.
Make-up air unit control using DISIO Display. Manages heating/cooling outputs for the MUA unit with occupancy scheduling and BACnet integration for central BMS override.
DISIO monitors and reports humidifier status via BACnet. Configurable relative humidity setpoints with alarm outputs. Compatible with monitoring-only and active control configurations.
DISIO Cloud BMS
A complete cloud-based building management solution. The Hub pulls BACnet points from all DISIO controllers and retains data in the cloud — accessible from any device, anywhere in the world.
DISIO Airflow Kit
Enables precise airflow monitoring and control when paired with the DISIO Display. The module converts differential pressure from a crossflow sensor to a 0.25–4 VDC signal, enabling full pressure-independent terminal control (DX-150).
